As a technical support associate, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from merchants using North products, including the latest mobile point of sale solution, PayAnywhere. You will also need to make outgoing calls to merchants requesting assistance. The ideal person for this role is a technically inclined person with strong customer service skills.

As a customer support representative, your primary focus will be answering calls from merchants, and making calls to merchants, who need assistance with their accounts. The ideal person for this role has strong customer service skills, and can diffuse angry customers by offering them the best available solution.
